This post refers to the process of how to trace the messages for specific caller/callee numbers on USM. Please read below for more details.
We always face one scenario in IPCC in which we know exactly the caller or callee number which has a call issue. In that case, we need to check if there is any problem on USM, so we need to trace the messages for those specific numbers.
We can open the USM LMT and log in to the USM’s OMU, choose Navigation Tree > Maintenance > Tracing > USM and double-click Subscriber IMPU. The Subscriber IMPU Tracing dialog box is displayed.
We just fill the caller or callee number in the IMPU, this caller or callee number can get from the SIP message trace as the below diagram:

From the above picture, the caller is 80011 and the callee is 070373845. We can fill 'sip:80011@upf.com' in IMPU, thus we can trace the call related 80011.
