How to solve the problem to alarm (AC power is off) in the UA5000 power4875L?

When AC is off and this alarm is not generated and still shows main supply yes: yes when executing de command (display power alarm) in the interface power4875L.


This parameter is only no when the breaker is down and it generates the alarm AC input MCB trigger broken down.

Hi user! hope below can help u:

1. An AC power failure occurs.
2. Switch off the AC input circuit breaker.
3. The input power cable is aged, short-circuited, or open-circuited.
Solution:
1. Measure the AC input voltage and check whether AC input is unavailable.
If yes, rectify the power grid fault.
If not, go to the next step.
2. Check whether the AC input circuit breaker is OFF.
If yes, check and repair the AC power distribution, and then switch on the circuit breaker.
If not, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
