Symptom
1. After the ICS Lite is started, the progress bar stays in the bar reading state and the home page cannot be displayed.
2. The taskbar tray disappears after the ICS Lite is started.
3. The Privacy Statement window is repeatedly displayed though the user has signed the Privacy Statement.
Root Cause
The Windows server operating system does not have the MSVC runtime library on which the program depends.
Solution
Download the runtime library required for program running from the Microsoft official website.

To download the x86 runtime library, visit https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe.
Download and install the runtime library. After the installation is complete, restart the ICS Lite.
