Run the Internet Explorer. Then, enter the IP address of the camera in the address bar and enter the user name and password of IP CAMERA to log in to IP CAMERA. By default, the user name and password are admin and HuaWei123, respectively.
On the IP CAMERA interface, click Settings. The Settings page is displayed.
Configure basic parameters for the network.
In the navigation bar, choose Network Configuration > Network Parameters. The Network Parameters page is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.

Enter the IP address of the EG860 in the Gateway IP address text box.
Click Save.
Disable the LTE functions of the camera if it supports the LTE functions.
In the navigation bar, choose Network Configuration > LTE Parameters. The LTE Parameters page is displayed, as shown in Figure 2.
