Today, I'd like to share you how to solve the problem of NCE management plane login failure.
Fault symptom
1. The management plane IP address entered in the address box of the browser cannot be pinged.
2. The username or password for the management plane is incorrect.
3. Services on the management plane cannot be started.
Solution
1. Check the management network connection status and ensure that the network is normal.
2. Check the username and password of the management plane and ensure that they are correct.
3. When the problem persists:
If the local OMMHA is deployed, switch to the backup management plane.
If remote DR is deployed, switch to the remote DR node.
4. When historical backup data is available, but local OMMHA and remote DR:
If the management plane is faulty, restore the OS of the management plane first. ØIf the management plane services are abnormal, restore the applications and data of the management plane.
If the fault is not caused by the preceding causes, or the fault cannot be located in a short period, use the backup and restoration function to restore the historical application data of core components.
When historical backup data is unavailable, as well as local OMMHA and remote DR:
Reinstall the OMP node.
