If you faces with offline inverters issue despite the fact that the S-Dongle unit appears online, you need to proceed like this:
- check firstly the status of the PV plant under the management system:
- check the current firware version of the S-Dongle unit. If it doesn't have the latest firmware version (V100R001C00SPC116) please ask support from your installer or from eu_inverter_support@huawei.com to upgrade it remotely:
- after the upgrade was sucesfully done, please disconnect (uninstall) the S-Dongle unit from inverter, leave it disconnected for ~30 seconds and then install it again into the USB port (make sure that the plastic nut is tight):
After the above ones were performed, inverter shall appear connected. If still doesn't appear, please restart the inverter by switching Off the DC switch under inverter and AC isolator, wait untill all the lights are off and then turn On the AC and DC switch.
