This post talks about the process of how to solve the error appearing during the login to VCN3000 using the IVS client. Please see more below.
Issue
When starting up the IVS, it displays an error message such as 'Operation Failure: Error code : 109100009'.
Solution
1. Log in to the VCN3000 server as root-user. If the VCN3000 server is deployed in a two-node cluster, use the floating IP address to log in.
2. Upload the script in the attachment to the /home directory of the server.
3. Run the chmod +x /home/clean_xlog.sh command to modify the execute permission on the script.
4. Run the /home/clean_xlog.sh & command.
5. Delete the uploaded script /home/clean_xlog.sh.
6. Log in to the OMU portal of the server. It's a sucess and we could log in to OMU and IVS client.
