The SC version is earlier than the AnyOffice version, so AnyOffice cannot identify the error code delivered by the SC. This problem occurs when AnyOffice is not upgraded after the SC is upgraded. To solve the problem, upgrade AnyOffice to the version the same as or matching the SC version.
