Hello, dear!

Have a nice day!

You can collect storage logs to determine the controller status.

How to collect storage.

You can connect the storage log on DeviceManager, or CLI, or using SmartKit.

Search for the keyword controller in the system configuration file DataCollect\System_log\Config\Config.txt. The controller status is fault.

Did the DeviceManager show the offline controller with some mark? I think that DeviceManager is clever enough to determine which controller is offline and show it.
Other way is inspecting the IP address of the controllers. Or login to the DeviceManager with IP addresses of the several controllers.
