How to show a banner in a conference

In the scheduled conference ( T > Send Conference Banner).

Root cause

The customer environment wants to have a title for related conference. By default, a conference will not have a banner - need to manually set it.

Solution description

After executing the 'Send Conference Banner' function, every endpoint can see the title in the conference.

You can configure a banner on the SMC.

Choose scheduled conference > T > Send conference Banner.

After setting it, every endpoint can see the title in the conference.
