I have a B818-263 Router, I can set up Dynamic DNS, but only from 3 given services ($$$), I want to use the free service from http:ddnss.de (Dynamic DNS Service), how can I set them up ?

In addition, when I set up one of the preconfigured services, I can only reach the adminitration page for the router, instead of the desired Apache Server in my local network.

Any help appreciated.
