Hello

Here are the user types and passwords. There are differences between the configuration rights of an administrator and a common user. A common user has no right to configure the parameters of certain nodes, such as WAN >WAN Configuration. Maybe this is your problem.

User Name and password:

Administrator (installation and maintenance personnel):

HG Series:

User name: telecomadmin
Password: admintelecom

Common user (terminal user):

HG Series:

User name: root
Password: adminHW

Hi,

Click on the configured WAN setup links and you'll get a drop-down to edit/change the configuration.
You'll need to be logged in with admin user to perform the changes.
