Hi Qazik,
1. Currently, the AC does not support rate limiting based on the time range. However, rate limiting can be performed on the firewall based on the IP address within the specified time range,
2. VAP refers to the entire VAP channel. In simple words, VAP is used to limit the total traffic rate of the SSID and can also limit the rate of a single terminal.
