How to set SD card as Internal Storage in Huawei

Hi there!

I have a Huawei P9 Lite phone and I m always in troubl e with storage. Phone just wants me to delete stuff from internal storage. I have an SD card which is 16 GB but it was small so i have decided to buy a new one (Samsung 128 GB). The problem is that the internal storage of the ph one is full and I can t use my smartwatch,GuitarTune apps and thing like that beacuse i cant download them from Google Play and i can t move apps to the SD card. I have watched videos on the internet but that doesn t solve my problem. My mobile didn t give me the option to format my SD card and in the Developer settings i can t set it as a default for an apps because it simply doesnt allows that. Can someone help me to solve this issue ? I want to set it as an Internal to save there apps and thing like that beacuse the internal storage of the phone is just to small.

Hello Milowbrac,

Removing the memory card causes card data loss
Applicable products:Tablet,Smartphone
Cause:

Forcefully removing a memory card from your phone may cause the card to suffer permanent data loss.

Solution:

Correctly remove a memory card: Eject the memory card or power off your phone and then remove the card from your phone.

Eject a memory card: Go to Settings > Storage > SD card > Eject and then remove the memory card from your phone.

If the issue is not caused by forcible removal of the memory card, back up your data and take your device and the proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
