You mean as long as the routing is configured on the PC. You can use PuTTY to connect to the gateway NE. Is the non-gateway NE managed through the forwarding of the gateway NE?

I mean, after configured the PC, I can directly connect to the GNE and non-GNE via IP. I use the OSPF IP for Non-GNE. (in the menu Configuration > WDM/OTN ASON > ASON Topology Management > OSPF IP Address Management) Then I use PuTTY connect to NE via SSH protocol. It works on both GNE and non-GNE. P/S: On the NE, we must set Security > NE Communication Services and set Enable for service STelnet |
