How to send an IP address to the TR069 management channel of Optical modem

The 5680T uplink port is connected to the router, and the router is set to automatically obtain IP. When the optical modem is registered, the router automatically issues an IP to the TR069 channel of the optical modem.

The main problem is that the TR069 channel cannot obtain the IP address, but when a service type is recreated in the optical modem, such as Internet access, voice, etc., the IP address can be obtained (Note: the new channel created here is vlan and TR069 The same, both are 4034). May I ask you what causes the TR069 channel to fail to obtain the IP on the router, and how to solve it.

According to the problem description, the possible cause is that the DHCP service of the terminal device is incorrectly configured. If the DHCP server is incorrectly configured, the TR069 connection cannot obtain an IP address.


Log in to the ONT WebUI as a device administrator and check whether the DHCP server of the ONT is correctly configured.
