how to save device information on smartkit?

Recommendation: After activating your account, you can use the other distribution maintenance tools in the Tool Store toolbox. is it possible to save device information or not?

I have the same question.
Every time that I exit from SmartKit the device list is lost.
I've tried with "Get template File" and it saves a xls file but when I try to Batch import that file I get the error "No supported device is found".
This is a basic functionality that should work well, I can't understand its actual behavior.

I use the template file for saving the device list. Don't you forgotten to edit the template and add your devices information to them? One row is one device.
I found this bad user experience because I need several minutes to import all of my devices to the SmartKit. But it work.
