how to save device information on smartkit?

During the inspection, I found that the device information added by the smartkit was lost. Do I need to save it?

Hi!

After the tool has exited, the device information is no longer saved. However, the device can be added to the outer SmartKit toolbox. 

If SmartKit is not closed, the device can be saved for a long time. The template can be saved in the template file after SmartKit has been closed. The device information can be imported in batches when used again.

Hello,
Version Toolkit V200R001C00RC6, without a network, uses preinstalled inspection and information collection directly in Toolkit without activation.
Recommendation: After activating your account, you can use the other distribution maintenance tools in the Tool Store toolbox. After downloading or updating the tools you need, use the "Support" -> "Export One-Click" feature of the toolbox to generate a click with one click. The installation package can be used by copying it directly to a computer.

The SmartKit is installed in a non-live network environment. If you do not disable SmartKit, device data will be stored for a long time.
The device information can be imported in batches when used again.  
I have the same question.
Every time that I exit from SmartKit the device list is lost.
I've tried with "Get template File" and it saves a xls file but when I try to Batch import that file I get the error "No supported device is found".
This is a basic functionality that should work well, I can't understand its actual behavior.

Hello!
I use the template file for saving the device list. Don't you forgotten to edit the template and add your devices information to them? One row is one device.
I found this bad user experience because I need several minutes to import all of my devices to the SmartKit. But it work.
