How to root access my Huawei HS8545M ?

when i go to:

 192.168.100.1


these logins were working 6 month ago:


Username: telecomadmin

Password: admintelecom


My local internet service provider of gpon/fiber, who is a reseller, i think he changed  these logins, i am unable to access it now,


i want to access my modem, so that when i want to change wifi password, i do not need to call him,

as i am owner of my device i want full access,  i contacted him to give me login details, but he gave me wrong details and when i asked him they are wrong details, he even did not replied..


so, please help me, if i try to reset the device, then i need his help to re-configure it, and he is totally stupid, and he even do not have any office, i will have to call him for re-configuration as i am from small city and if i try to get connection from other re-seller, i will need to spend more money as distance is too far..


i want access without reset device to factory default.. ((i have same modem but picture is from internet))

For the question you described, you can try the following login number and password:


User name: root

Password: adminHW


The account and password vary depending on the region. You can also refer to the nameplate on the device.

If you need a device administrator account and password, you can only obtain the account and password from the ISP. If you cannot obtain the account and password from the local ISP, you can call the ISP national hotline. If you still cannot obtain the account and password, you can complain about the ISP service.

There is always a password back on the modem and u need to try but if its not working u need to call service provider. there is no other solution of this issue and only service provider can solve your issue . This is the only practice now a days in any country of world .

Hello User. if the ISP changed the password there is not any action that you can do. The only way to get back your password is resetting from the factory the modem but you will lose all the configuration and you will have to call the ISP to reconfigure.
