How to revise the name appeared on IP phone when a call is coming

Hello everyone, I'd like to show you how to revise the name appeared on IP phone when a call is coming.

Method 1

1. Add the name on AD server.

   

2. Check the synchronization information on BMU, and choose the related name, add the related phone number on Service Number item.

   

   
   

Method 2

1. Show the username of the specific number via command on U1960

   

2. Change the username via the command 'config modify subscriber' on U1960
