Please find below how to resolve your issue.
1. Log in to the OMU portal of an NE.
2. Click the Detail tab.
3. Select the disk in slot 0 and click Recovery in the Operation column.
The system starts to restore services. This process takes about 30 minutes. Wait until the process ends. After the system is restored, check whether the fault is rectified. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers for assistance.
NOTE:
After VCN services are restored, the VCN restores to its factory settings. Use the data safe to restore data.
