Log in to the command tree by referring to Logging In to the unified gateway Using the LMT.
On the Command Tree page, click Set TFTP Server.
In the Set TFTP Server dialog box, click Browse... to select the folder that stores the data.bin file. Click Start to start the TFTP server. Then, click OK.
In the complete command input area, run the config system hostip <a.b.c.d> command to change the host IP address.
Run the config download data file data.bin command to load the data.bin file.
Run the reboot command to restart the device to make the data.bin file take effect.
Check whether the fault is rectified. If the fault is rectified, the troubleshooting process is complete. If the fault persists, go to the next step.
If the fault still persists, collect detailed fault information and related logs by referring to Collecting and Reporting Fault Information and send them to the service provider.
