Keep in mind that the reset saved-configuration command will only reset the startup configuration. Other settings (notably stacking configuration) remain in place.

If you want to return a switch to factory-new state then the reset factory-configuration command can be used:

<HUAWEI>reset factory-configuration
Warning: The command will delete all the configurations and files (except the startup, patch, module, and license files) from the device. Continue? [Y/N]:y

Then:
<HUAWEI>display factory-configuration reset-result for confirmation
