At a site, a user attempts to install PV Driver for a Windows virtual machine (VM) that is migrated from the VMware platform through the V2V tool. An error message "Your system is been detected with errors to install PV Driver, please restart your computer and install again!" is displayed

1. If the error message shown in Figure 1 is displayed during the installation of PV Driver, restart the VM after the installation failure.
2. After the VM starts up, choose Server Manager > Device Manager and find PCI device in the right pane of the window.
At this moment, there should be a yellow excalmatory mark on the device driver icon, indicating that loading the driver fails.
3. Right-click PCI device and choose Uninstall from the shortcut menu to uninstall the device.
The residual information is deleted after the PCI device is uninstalled.
4. Restart the VM and install PV Driver again.
