1. Start the eService Client.
2. In the login dialog box that is displayed, click Forget Password?.
3. In the Retrieve Password dialog box, click Send Verification Code.
The system sends a verification code to the email address for retrieving the password.
4. Enter Verification Code and click OK.
5. In the Change Password dialog box that is displayed, enter New Password and Confirm Password and click OK.
The new password must contain 8 to 32 characters including upper-case letters, lower-case letters and special characters. Weak passwords such as Huawei@123 and Admin@123 are prohibited.
A new password must be different from any of the five passwords recently used.
The password validity period is six months. Change the password periodically.
6. Enter the new password to log in to the eService Client.
