How to reset RTN910 to default?

our engineer changed default password of RTN910. But he have forgot changed one. How to reset RTN910 to default? or How to recover forgotten password?

As far as I know, the OptiX RTN 910 does not support password resetting. You can contact TAC for assistance and they can help you get your password back.

I have got answer from TAC. There is no way to recover password. It need send back to repair center :(
