้How to reset console password of NE8000M series?

I tried to recovery console password by connecting console port and press reset button, the instruction said that I have to press CTRL+B to get to Boot menu but there is no Ctrl+B show on the screen like the other series such as NE08e. However, I pressed it anyway but it didn't do anything, I still cannot get into the boot menu like other series. Is there anyone who know how to recovery or reset console passwod for this series? I was trying to find in the manual but there is nothing related to this. Thank you.

Do you mean that the following interface is not displayed during the restart of the router?
Press Ctrl+R to enter the Recovery mode and restore factory configurations.
Press CTRL+B to enter BOOT menu: 3

I tried Ctrl+R and Ctrl+B during the booting of the router but nothing work, it didn't go to any mode. It just directory go to normal booting process. The process that you have mentioned is work on my NE08e but it didn't work on NE8000M
