Hello, dear user!

Have a nice day!

For installation scenarios, wait for 48 hours since all the steps in the HUAWEI CLOUD Stack Deploy project have been completed, and then replace the certificates.

Then you can follow the step to solve.

1. Choose O&M Toolkit > Unified Certificate > Certificate Management from the main menu to go to the certificate management page.

2. Select a region in the Select Region area.

  • In the single-region scenario, select the first region.

  • In the multi-region scenario, select each region in sequence for update.

3. Select eBackupServer[xxxx] and eBackupManager in the Select Component area.

xxxx indicates the internal communication plane floating IP address of the backup server. If multiple backup servers have been deployed in the system, select multiple eBackupServer[xxxx]s.

4. Select the certificate named eBackup-Portal.

5. Import the certificate.

Click Import corresponding to the certificate name.

You can only import the certificate whose type is Portal certificate.

6. Configure the certificate files in Table 2 and click Update to update the certificate.

upload

7. Check the status in the Update Status column corresponding to the certificate.

  • Updating: indicates that the certificate is being updated. Wait for the certificate update result.

  • Successful: indicates that the certificate is successfully updated.

  • Failed: indicates that the update fails. Move the pointer over Failed to view failure causes and contact technical support for assistance.
