How to remove the participant in the scheduled conference?

I want to remove the participant in the scheduled conference, some people should not be on the meeting list.

How to do it?

If you choose Release Site to remove a participant, you can add the participant to join the conference again.
But if you choose Delete Site to remove participant, the chairman cannot add the participant to join the conference again, the only way to make the participant to join the conference again is to add a participant to join the conference from SMC.
