Hi there!

You can handle it in the following way:

1. Please confirm the equipment version. Check whether the new software version matches the LCDA version. If they do not match, reply with the original version of the device.

2. Please check the board and optical module Manufacturing information, then confirm that the optical module support speed mode.

The optical port on the LDCA board supports rate modes: 100G_QPSK, 200G_16QAM, 200G_e16QAM, 200G_16QAM-H.  Default: 200G_e16QAM. This alarm is also reported if the actual rate mode of the optical module is inconsistent with the configured rate of the optical port on the board. In this case, you need to change the rate mode of the board port to be consistent with that of the optical module.

Thank you!

Hello friend hope it can help:

Root Cause:
The possible cause of the LASER_MODULE_MISMATCH alarm is as follows:

1.The optical port type supported by the physical board does not match the type of the opticalmodule inserted into the optical port.

2. The logical configuration and physical optical module type mismatch lead to reporting the LASER_MODULE_MISMATCH alarm, the client side SFP module customer
used is grey module, so we need to configure the logical type to the correct type. Configure the logical port type to the "Grey Side Grey Optical type" to adapt the physical type.

3. Due to software version problem. Need to check the version of the board affected.

Thanks!
