How to register AP4050DN

I have an access point AP4050DN in Fit mode. How do I get the software to flash Fat? Product registration by serial number was rejected.

Enterprise customers usually log in Enterprise website to get the documentation, while Carrier customers visit Carrier website to get the files.

Your contract is the contract number of the carrier, so you need to register the product on the carrier's website.
