If you don´t want to loose the configuration, you can try Wireshark tool. Wireshark is a powerful tool that can analyze traffic between hosts on your network. But it can also be used to help you discover and monitor unknown hosts, find their IP addresses, and even learn a little about the device itself.

If you dont care about the configuration you can do hard reset. The normal hard reset is in the power-on state. Hold down the RESET button for a long period of time (longer than 10s) to restart the ONT with factory settings.
