How to query the optical power by using the Navigator cmd

The procedure is as follows:
1. Log in to the NE using the Navigator.

2. Run the cfg-get-inpower command to query the input optical power of the board. Run the cfg-get-outpower command to query the input optical power of the board.
Example:

BID: indicates the slot ID.
PORT: indicates the optical port number.
PATH: indicates the channel ID.
INPOWER: input optical power (unit: dBm)
