​How to query the hard disk formatting process

Steps:

1. Before formatting the hard disk, you need to execute it under the system's attempt: disk offline;

2. Then enter diag diagnosis and try to execute: reset disk;

3. After the format command is executed, the system does not prompt the format status and progress after you press enter. You need to execute the command: display disk information to view it;

Formatting the hard drive takes a long time: a 300G hard drive is expected to last 2-3 hours. The larger the hard drive, the longer it takes to format it.
