I will share with you about the How to query current alarms and historical alarms on the U2000 and WEB LCT.


How to query current alarms of an NE on the U2000?


1. Choose Fault>Browse Current Alarm from the main menu.


2.Click the BasicSetting and Alarm Source tabs in turn in the Filter dialog box to set the filter criteria for the curren


 alarms.


3. Click Ok.

4. Record the current alarms of the NE.


How to query historical alarms of an NE on the U2000?


1. In the Workbench view, double click Main Topology to display the main topology.

2. Right-click the desired NE on the Main Topology of the NE and choose History Alarm on NE.

3. In the displayed Browse History Alarms on the NE window, you can query the parameters, including Severity, Alarm name, and location information.

4. Click one alarm and Details and Handing Suggestion are displayed in the lower pane.



How to query current alarms of an NE on the WEB Lct:


1. In the NE Explorer, select the NE and choose Alarm>Browse Alarms from the function Tree.


2. In the displayed window, click the Browse Current Alarms tab.
