How to proceed if we forget the password of root account in MA5620

How to proceed if we forgot the password of root account in MA5620

SmartAX MA5620 V800R308C00SPC500

U2000 V100R002C01SPC002

If U2000 is unable to manage the device, we have load an empty database or load an old backup database to restore the password.

If U2000 is able to manage the device, we can use the LCT function in U2000 to modify password.

Detailed steps: Administration--->NE Security Management--->LCT User Management--->select the device and set password

Please refer to attached pictures to know clear steps in U2000.
