How to prevent a user to call another user on U19 PBX

This topic describes how to prevent a user to call another user on U19.

To prevent user A to call user B (both being users of U19 PBX), you need to do the following to configure a blacklist for user B that contains the user A's number.

The procedure is the following:

1. Log in to the web self-service system of U19 PBX with user B's number and password.

2. Under Self service > Service > Blacklist, click on Create and add User A's number.

After this procedure, user A will not be able anymore to call user B.
