How to position NTA without flow

Possible Causes
Equipment no flow.
The flow is not reported to eSight.
The network management problem.

Procedure
Check the equipment monitoring interface is a flow (command to Huawei equipment as example):
display interface brief----View interface utilization .
display interface Ethernet 0/0/8----See the specific flow of some interface, if you look at the device interface does not flow, so the preliminary positioning equipment is not flow, or continue to troubleshoot the cause.
Check whether the equipment flow reporting network, Huawei equipment command:display ip netstream statistic . Cisco equipment command: show ip cache flow. If the implementation of the above view command, equipment does not show the flow of data, it can be preliminarily locating is the allocation of network flow, please re check device configuration, or may be the network configuration or network problems.
Check the configuration is correct: in the main menu Business > Network Traffic Management > Traffic Configuration , the collector, IP address and port is correct; check whether to add the equipment management; equipment and the interface is in the state of management; equipment configuration of IP address and network management agreement.
