How to open ports in EG8141A5?

Hi.

How can I open ports in EG8141A5? I have tried a lot of steps but can't open them. Any help?

what port do you want to open? please tell me more information!

There is a link which may be related to your problem, please refer to it.

Of course, if you cannot choose the port configuration,  please contact the local carrier to configure it from the NMS.

Did you find solution for this ? I am facing the same issues. I am unable to open any ports, even if it says opened in settings I always get a connection refused

Some configurations of the ONT such as EG8141A5 are only configured on the NMS, and the common users have no permission to operate, so you must contact the local carrier to configure.

Hello, although I open the ports, the computer does not save the configuration I have gone to applications> alg I have disabled everything and it still does not work.

I also would like to open ports there are 2 ports that i am interested in opening these are 19132 and 25565

but no matter how hard i try it just doesnt seem to work my router is Huahwei EG8143A5

I need help quickly
