How to Obtain Software or Documents

Context

When you do not know what software to use or cannot find the software you need on the website, you can apply for the software by performing the following operations.

Procedure

Log in to Enterprise Service Support website. Click Site Help under Tools.
Click Obtain Software/Document. The Obtain Software/Document page is displayed in Figure 1.

Fill in the application sheet (register detailed information for faster verification).
Click Submit.

Follow-up Procedure

After your application is submitted, Huawei will reply to you with an email in 1 to 3 workdays. You can download the desired software by clicking the download link attached in the email.
