You can
enable the call forwarding no reply (CFNR) service for numbers on the U1900
gateway. When the call is not answered, the system automatically transfers the
call to the on-duty personnel. The detailed operations are as follows:
1. Use an
administrator account to log in to the web management system of a U1900 series
unified gateway.
2. On the User > SIP User or User > POTS User page,
select the user number to be assigned the service permission and click Service Configuration.
3. Under Complex service, click Configure next to Forwarding service.
4. In Forwarding on no reply, set
Priority to Number and Forwarding number to the mobile number
of the shift user, as shown in the following figure.
