Hi,
If the 2 companies need to see the whole network so , u need to create ne user in each NE for each company with specific level and rights.

Then each company should create the Network in its U2000 with its ne user (defined in the previous step ) using the nearest NE as a Gateway . And that is all.

create two account on both NEs just give different level/right.
upload both NE for each NMS by different NE user.
