Hello all,

By default, IP packets of AR series devices are load shared based on the source IP address and destination IP address; TCP or UDP packets are loads shared based on the source IP address, destination IP address, source port number, and destination port number, but in In the case of multiple equal-cost default routes, sometimes the webpage access is slow or cannot be opened. Analysis of the reason is likely to be due to load sharing, such as opening a TCP webpage, based on the source IP address and destination IP address. , Source port number and destination port number hash, it is possible to access one exit of the hash when accessing the first-level page, and there is a hash to another exit when accessing the next-level page, resulting in slow access or inaccessibility. How do we modify the load sharing method?

Does anyone know the reason? Thanks!

Hello,

Can be modified by ip load-balance hash src-ip to hash based on source IP

At this time, the connections initiated from the same source address all go out of an interface to prevent the inconsistent path from causing slow or inaccessible access

It should be noted that this command is not supported before V2R5

In addition, if the internal network is a server and the access is initiated from the external network, can it be achieved, for example, that the access comes in from port A, and can it also be guaranteed to return from port A? V2R5 and later versions have been resolved from the software level, and no configuration is required.
