Hi jzcastro,
The CPU and memory of an AR router cannot be modified on the eNSP. You can modify the CPU and memory of the NE, CX, and CE. For details, see FAQ: How to manually modify the memory of CE/NE/CX devices? in the Ensp Help.

Yes, you cannot modify the device memory, you can adjust only the virtual machines' memory.
