Is there any secure way of making parameter change on U20xx instead "telnet IP 31114"?
Which protocols are supported, cons/pros?

Do you want to configure telnet/ssh parameters or something else? I don't quite understand what you're trying to say. If you want to use the login method, SSH is more secure than Telnet. If you want to log in to the web page, you need to determine the device model. Some device models do not support web page login.

U2000 products are very diverse and dependent on software version / implementation. For example, there are SSH enabled NBI versions, but these may be deemed insecure (due to flaw in X.509 certificates).

So, please be more specific - otherwise it is very difficult to give a useful answer.
