Hi @toraman53,
Based on NAT technology, I think, the start ip address and End ip address fields should be the range of the public IPs.
For example, you get a public IP address range from 123.1.1.10/24 to 123.1.1.20/24. Then the start ip is 123.1.1.10, and end ip address is 123.1.1.20.
