The permission depends on the username for logging in to the HG8245H. 

For example, if your user name and password are from the bottom label of the HG8245H, they are common user rights.

For example, your user name and password are obtained from the HG8245H product manual, and the user name and password are super user.  

Generally, the super user name and password for logging in to the HG8245H are telecomadmin and admintelecom respectively.
