Question
How do I install eWebEditor in rich text areas such as Contribute Cases, Post, and Q&A Post pages in Enterprise Service Support and Huawei Enterprise Business Forum? The answer uses installation on the Post page as an example.

Answer
- Log in to Enterprise Service Support, and click Knowledge Base in the Support By Product area.
- Click Contribute Knowledge under the Cases, as shown in Figure 1.
- Click here to display the window shown in Figure 2.
You can also click here in the Alarm Information or Handling Process area in Case Details to perform the installation.
- Click Run to install eWebEditor online.
Click Save to download eWebEditor and install it locally.
After the installation is complete, open Firefox or Chrome to use eWebEditor. If the advanced functions are blocked, click Plug-in blocked and then Always allow plug-ins on support.huawei.com, as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4.
