How to Install eNSP on Windows 10?

Hello all!

Since the latest version of eNSP no longer contains the essential components VirtualBox and WinPcap, to make the installation come into effect, we need to previously install those components. In this post, I’ll introduce to you how to install eNSP in Windows 10.

Before the installation, please download the essential components from the attachments at the bottom of the post, while also downloading the latest version of eNSP from Resources downloading for eNSP.

Tip: you are recommended to also download Wireshark and VLC simultaneously, as these two software could expand eNSP to become more powerful.

INSTALLING VirtualBox ON WINDOWS 10

Double click VirtualBox using the Administrator account to open the VirtualBox installation program. Click Next to go to the next setup step.
Choose the installation location and click the icons in the tree menu to change the way features will be installed. You are recommended NOT to modify the features that will be installed. After the settings, click Next.
Select the installation options based on your requirements. Then click Next.
Click Yes to confirm the installation.
Click Install to start the installation.

If the Windows 10 shows this confirmation window, please click Yes.

6. Click Install during the VirtualBox installation to install the Oracle Corporation Universal Serial Bus.

7. Click Finish to end the software installation. Unselect the Start Oracle VM VirtualBox if you don’t want to open the program after you finish the installation.

INSTALLING THE WinPcap on WINDOWS 10

Double click WinPcap_4_1_3.exe using the Administrator account to open the installation program. Click Next to go to the next setup step.

2. Click I Agree to push the installation program forward.

3. Click Install to start the installation.

4. Click Finish to end the WinPcap installation.

INSTALLING eNSP on WINDOWS 10

Double click eNSP V100R003C00SPC100 Setup.exe using the Administrator account to open the installation program. Click Next to go to the next setup step.

2. Select I accept the agreement and click Next to go on the installation.

3. Choose the folder where eNSP will be installed and then click Next.

4. Select the start menu folder as you wanted.

5. Select the additional tasks as per your desire.

6. If you have already installed WinPcap, VirtualBox and Wireshark, you can click Next to go on the installation. If you didn’t install the WinPcap or VirtualBox, you will be stopped at this step.

7. Confirm the installation information and click Install to begin the program installation.

8. Click Finish to end the eNSP installation.

9. Click Allow access to enable eNSP to pass through Windows Defender Firewall.

SETTING UP VLC IN eNSP

Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the eNSP welcome interface and switch to the Tools navigation.

2. Click Browse after the VLC input area and select the installed VLC program, then click Open to fill the vlc.exe path.

3. Click OK to finish the setting.
