How to Handle User Data Inconsistency Between the BMU and uPortal?
Probable cause
1、Before creating accounts on the uPortal, the administrator has not configured the USM-BMU service provisioning interconnection.
2、Active/Standby switching of the BMU is performed when the administrator operates user data in batches (including synchronizing user data from the LDAP server).
The solution
The system automatically synchronizes user data between the BMU and uPortal at 02:00 every day. You can also manually synchronize user data.
- Log in to the uPortal as the admin user and click System Configuration to access the USM sysPortal.

- Select BMU and click Check to manually synchronize user data between the BMU and uPortal.
If you wan to change the automatic synchronization time, perform the following operations: Log in to the uPortal as the adminuser and click System Configuration to access the USM sysPortal. Choose , and click Modify to configure the data check time and period.
