Dear ZD,
1. Relog in to the dispatching console about 1 minute later so that the subscriber data is
uploaded.
– The login is successful: No further action is required.
– The login fails: Go to 2.
2. Check whether the SMS server starts.
a. Log in to the LSN management system of the SMS server.
b. Choose Operation Maintenance tab page to enter the Operation Maintenance window.
c. Choose System Monitor > Service from the navigation menu. The Service window is displayed
d. Check whether the service whose Service Name is ubp_sds_adapter starts.
if service State is Running: Go to 4.
if service State is Failed: Go to 2.e.
e. Click Restart service to restart all services. Wait for about 1 minute, and then log in to the LSN management system of the SMS server to check whether ubp_sds_adapter starts.
If service State is Running: Go to 3.
If service State is Failed: Go to 2.f.
f. Ensure that the SMS server hardware for the connection is running properly. Then repeat 2.e. If the problem persists, contact the technical support.
3. Relog in to the dispatching console. – The login is successful: No further action is required.
– The login fails: Go to 4.
4. Check whether the network between the SMS server and the dispatching console is normal.
a. View Host IP of ubp_sds_adapter in the Service page.
b. Run Ping to check whether the network between the SMS server and the dispatching console is normal.
If the network is normal: Contact the technical support.
If the network is abnormal: Ensure that the network connection is normal.
